so had to give it a try. Holy moly they are delicious! I used canned chickpeas, drained and dry. I tossed them in olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, chilli powder and salt. Then fried them for 25 minutes at 160°c, tossing intermittently. Definitely worth a go!
