°1/2 pounds pasta large crusts
°1 tbsp canola oil
°1 pound minced beef
°1 yellow onion (cubes)
°4 garlic cloves (chopped)
°2 tbsp taco seasoning
°1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
°1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
°1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
°3/4 cup water
°1 cup sauce
°1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
°Salt to taste
°Pepper to taste
+Decorations:
°Cheese
°Crushed tortilla chips
°Sour cream
°Chopped parsley
* Methods
Cook the pasta according to the trends of the box, drain and set aside.
In the meantime, place a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once you start to sizzle, add the mince and brown well, breaking it with a spoon so it doesn’t come back rosy.
Drain the fat.
Add the onion and garlic, stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add the dried taco and oregano seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Add 3/4 cups of water, stir and cook until water runs out.
Add pasta to the pan. Add the sauce and cheese. My heart is to collect.
Serve immediately, preferably with crispy tortilla flakes, sour cream and more cheese on top.
Enjoy !
