°50 cl whole milk
°10 cl of lemon juice
°125g flour
°120g cane sugar
°100g coconut
°100g butter
* Methods :

Separate the whites from the yolks, whisk the whites.

Melting butter on low heat in a saucepan.

Whisk the yolks and sugar until the mixture doubles in volume.

Add the lemon juice. You can put the grated zest if you like the very lemony taste.
Also add the butter and mix.

Add the flour, then gradually the milk.
Mix again.

… then the egg whites delicately.

Preheat the oven to 160° (traditional heat).
Butter & flour a mold 22 cm or place sheet of buttered parchment paper at bottom (instead flour).

Pour in the preparation.

Bake 50 mins.

When serving, you can sprinkle it with grated coconut.
