Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

Dough:

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

½ tsp salt

½ cup warm milk

¼ cup melted butter

1 large egg

¼ cup warm water

Filling:

1 cup softened cream cheese

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup strawberry preserves

Topping:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

Fresh strawberries for garnish

Directions:

Prepare Dough:

Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, butter, egg, and water; knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.

Assemble Rolls:

Roll out dough, spread cream cheese, sprinkle sugar, and spread strawberry preserves. Roll up, slice into 12 rolls, and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.

Bake:

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden.

Glaze:

Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla; drizzle over warm rolls. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
