Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, green onions, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
