* If the flame is blue everything is fine the gas is well mixed and the temperature of the flames is around 1500-1700 degrees Celsius.
* If the flame is red / orange you are sold a gas mixed with a higher dose of oxygen which leads to a lower flame temperature around 900-1200 degrees Celsius. Which means more gas consumption
