Steamed Brea

Ingredients:

4½ cups cake flour
500ml warm water
10g instant dry yeast
10g salt
4 tablespoons sugar
1 grated carrot
5ml parsley

Method:
1. Grease an enamel cup or bowl with Oil or butter
2. Sift the dry ingredients and mix them into bowl.
3. Knead until the dough is combined and does not
4. Transfer the dough into the greased cup.
5. Add some water into a big pan
6. Steam for 1hour until it’s cooked
7. Serve warm or cold
