Ingredients:
1 oz. Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur (such as Baileys) or Cream
A few drops of Cream or Irish Cream Liqueur (for the jellyfish effect)
Instructions:
Prepare Your Shot Glass: Use a clear shot glass to best showcase the jellyfish effect.
Layer the Blue Curaçao: Pour 1 oz. of blue curaçao into the shot glass.
Add the Vodka: Gently pour 1/2 oz. of vodka over the back of a bar spoon to layer it on top of the blue curaçao.
Layer the Irish Cream or Cream: Using the same technique, gently pour 1/2 oz. of Irish cream liqueur or cream over the back of a bar spoon to create another layer.
Create the Jellyfish Effect: Add a few drops of cream or Irish cream liqueur to the center of the shot. The cream will sink and create a jellyfish-like appearance as it moves through the blue layers, appearing white or light blue.
