1 green bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Prepare Ingredients:
Dice the potatoes and toss them with the bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, butter, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Bake:
Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.
