Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Whipped cream, for topping
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan to form a crust.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
Arrange sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple chunks on top of the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the fruit.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with dollops of whipped cream.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Notes:
Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
For added flavor, lightly toast the peanuts before crushing.
