Peanut Butter Pie

Easy, relatively inexpensive and delicious!

1 Pre-made pie crust (Graham cracker crust)
Filling:
2 packages 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1.5 cups icing sugar (confectioners or powdered is the same)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
1/3 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add icing sugar and mix until blended, add vanilla and peanut butter, mix until blended. Add whipping cream—mix for one minute.
Pour into pie crust.
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Melt whipping cream and chocolate chips until smooth, allow to cool 5-10 minutes. Slowly spread over top of pie. Refrigerate until set.
