– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1 red onion, diced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) 🔥 and grease a large baking sheet.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
