Ingredients:
+Topping:
°1/2 cup all-purpose flour
°1/4 cup packed brown sugar
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°6 tsp cold, unsalted butter
°1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
+Filling:
°2 lbs Granny Smith apples
°1/4 cup caramel sauce
°1/4 teaspoon salt
To apply:
°Vanilla sundae
°Add caramel sauce for drip

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Start with the cap. Blend flour, brown sugar, salt & cinnamon in a bowl.
Add the butter cubes and break them up using your fingertips to rub the butter and dry the ingredients together.

Stir in the oats, then place the entire bowl in the freezer or refrigerator while you’re working on the apples.
Peel, core and chop the apple into small pieces.
Mix well with the caramel sauce and salt.
Divide this mixture among four 6-ounce bowls, then sprinkle evenly toppings with oats.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until the fruit has burst and is golden brown.
Served with ice cream and caramel.
