Steps:
In a big bowl, add sliced chicken, corn starch, flour, mayonnaise, salt, paprika and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is coated. Set aside.
In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons oil, then fry the chicken till brown. Set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil, saute onions and garlic. Then, add bell peppers, cook till tender, then add the cooked chicken. Gradually add the sauce. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens and thoroughly mixed. Serve on top of rice. Enjoy!
