– 1/2 cup water
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup enchilada sauce
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 tomato, diced
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Directions:**
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
