Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
4 oz light cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine fat-free Greek yogurt, softened light cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth
Add lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with more powdered sugar.
Divide into serving glasses or bowls.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving..
