Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
2. Shape the Breadsticks:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Punch down the dough and press it into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into 1-inch wide breadsticks (about 10-12 strips).
3. Bake the Breadsticks:
