Baked 3 Packet Pot Roast

Ingredients:

3-4 pound chuck roast

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 packet brown gravy mix

1 packet Italian dressing mix

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup water

4 large carrots, peeled and chopped

4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

1 onion, sliced

Directions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Prepare the Roast: In a large baking dish, place the chuck roast. Sprinkle the ranch, brown gravy, and Italian dressing mixes over the top.

Add Liquid: Pour the beef broth and water around the roast.

Add Vegetables: Arrange the carrots, potatoes, and onion around the roast.

Bake: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the roast is tender and easily falls apart.

Serve: Shred the roast with a fork and serve with the vegetables and a spoonful of the flavorful gravy from the pan.
