– 60-80g grated cheese
– 2.5ml salt
– Extra salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit 5-10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add yeast mixture, vegetable oil, poppy seeds, and grated cheese. Mix until dough forms.
4. Knead 5-10 minutes.
5. Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
6. Roll out each part to 5mm thickness.
7. Cut into desired shapes (e.g., squares, circles).
8. Brush with water and oil mixture.
9. Sprinkle with extra salt (if desired).
10. Bake 180°C 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
