Ingredients :
500g of beef mince
1 finely chopped onion 1
2 minced garlic cloves ail
1 œuf
50g of breadfruit
50g of grated parmesan
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and ground black pepper Sel
100g of grated mozzarella for the gratin
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a bread mold.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion, garlic, egg, capelure, grated Parmesan, chopped fresh parsley, dried oregano, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well until they are evenly distributed.
Transfer the meat mixture into a bread casserole and cup it firmly to form a uniform meatloaf.
Bake meatloaf for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take the meatloaf out of the oven and sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella on top.
Put the meatloaf back in the oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
