Quick Ball Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon  sugar
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 2 cups hot milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, dry yeast, and hot milk. Stir gently and let sit for a moment.
  • Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten slightly with a rolling pin. Use a round cutter to shape the dough into rounds.
  • Place the shaped breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F). Bake the breads for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
