Big Mac Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup pickles, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 hamburger buns
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Big Mac sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing
4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely minced white onion
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Prepare the Big Mac sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, minced white onion, white vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
Combine: Add the chopped pickles to the beef mixture and half of the prepared Big Mac sauce. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed and heated through.
Assemble the Sloppy Joes: Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the hamburger buns. Top with shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese. Drizzle with the remaining Big Mac sauce.
