Crunchy BURGER

 

Ingredients
For the chicken fillets
2 large breasts
1/4 cup peri-peri sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp paprika
salt to taste
2 tbs oil

To assemble
4 buns, cheese slices, tomato, and onion

Method
Mix the mayo,peri-peri sauce and worcesteshire sauce and reserve half of the mix, keep it in the fridge until needed
Split the fillets in half and rub with salt and paprika and marinate in half of the peri-peri mix for at least an hour
When ready to cook heat oil in a pan and fry the fillets for about 5 mins on each side
To assemble butter the buns add lettuce, onions, tomatoes cheese and the fillet and top with reserved sauce mix
Enjoy with some wedges
