Ingredients:
2 oz light rum
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz heavy cream
6 oz fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple)
Directions:
Divide the piña colada mixture into six separate bowls.
Add a few drops of red food coloring to one bowl, orange to the second, yellow to the third, green to the fourth, blue to the fifth, and purple to the sixth. Mix each bowl until the color is well blended.
Carefully layer the colored mixtures into a glass in the order of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple.
Use a straw or skewer to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled look (optional).
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a rainbow candy or fruit piece (optional).
