Ingredients:
– 3 grated potatoes
– 1 grated carrot
– grated polony
– grated cheese
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
– chopped green onions
– chips seasoning & salt
Instructions:
Drain the liquids by wraping grated potatoes with a kitchen towel, twist the towel into a pouch and squezze out excess liquids
1. In a bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, carrot, polony, cheese, egg, flour, green onions, chip seasoning, and salt.
2. Mix until everything is well combined
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Add spoonfull of potato mixture to the hot oil and flatten; Fry the potato fritters until they’re golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
