Mushroom sauce:
In a pan, melts butter and sauté the onions. Add sliced mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes. Then sprinkle the flour and mix well. Pour the beef broth. Mix till combined and let it boils. Keep stirring till creamy.
Alfredo Sauce:
In a pan, melts the butter and saute the garlic till fragrant. Add heavy cream and let it bubbles. Add parmesan chese and mix well. Ready to serve on top of your pasta.
Carbonara Sauce:
2 tsp olive oil
3 cloves minced garlie
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
1/2 heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
**Add ins: spaghetti or pasta of choice-cooked according to package and smoked bacon or sausage.
Steps:
In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic till fragrant. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, eggs, cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with black pepper.
Add the egg and cream mixture into to pan with garlic. Whisk in medium heat till thickens. Pour it on warm pasta or spaghetti. Combine and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if needed.
