Cheesy Taco Cream Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:
8 ounces penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add cooked pasta and cheddar cheese to the skillet. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated and the cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
