Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Coffee Liqueur (e.g., KahlĂșa)
1 oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
Ice
Shredded Coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
Pour the coconut rum and coffee liqueur over the ice.
Slowly pour the heavy cream or half-and-half over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the drink.
Garnish with shredded coconut, if desired.
Stir gently just before enjoying.
