1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make sure the spinach is thoroughly drained by squeezing out any excess water with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
Mix Dip:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
Bake Dip:
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (approximately 1-quart size).
Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Serve:
Serve the cheesy spinach-artichoke dip warm with bread slices, tortilla chips, pita chips, or your favorite dipping options.
Notes:
For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the dip mixture.
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Just bake it when you’re ready to serve.
