Ingredients :
– 1 kg of potatoes (variety of your choice), peeled and cut into quarters
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 4 tablespoons of melted butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7) and lather a sulfurized paper baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, mix the potato quarters with minced garlic and melted butter until the potatoes are well coated.
3. Divide the potato quarters on the baking sheet into a single layer.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
5. Bake the potatoes and roast for about 30-40 minutes, flipping to half-baked, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
6. Once cooked, take the potatoes out of the oven and let them sit for a few minutes before serving.
7. Top with possibly chopped fresh parsley for an extra pop of color and freshness.
8. Serve hot with your favourite dishes. Cheers
