Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the turkey bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
Sauté the Brussels Sprouts:
Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sprouts are golden brown and tender.
