Cheesy Taco Dip

Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground beef

* 1 block (16 ounces) Velveeta cheese, cubed

* 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

* 2 cups Fiesta Blend cheese (or a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack), shredded

* 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained

* 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (homemade or store-bought)

* Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

2. In the same skillet, add the cubed Velveeta cheese, softened cream cheese, shredded Fiesta Blend cheese, drained Rotel, and taco seasoning. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is well combined.

3. Once everything is melted and smooth, taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if needed. If you want a spicier kick, you can add more taco seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

4. Transfer the cheesy taco dip to a serving bowl or keep it warm in a slow cooker on the “keep warm” setting.

5. Serve the dip with tortilla chips or sliced veggies for dipping.

6. Enjoy the delicious and cheesy taco dip with friends and family!
