Ritz Cracker Chicken

Ingredients:
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
½ cup sour cream
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
⅛ cup sour cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F.
Prepare Coatings: Place crushed crackers, salt, pepper, and parsley in one dish. Sour cream in another dish, and cheese in a third dish.
Coat Chicken: Dip each chicken piece in sour cream, then cheese, and finally the cracker mixture. Place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 50-55 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Make Sauce: In a small pot, combine sauce ingredients and cook on medium-high heat, stirring until well combined.
Serve: Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
