Ingredients:
1 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions:
Cook the frozen ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
In another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each cooked ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the breaded ravioli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry the breaded ravioli in batches for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve the crispy fried ravioli hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Enjoy this delicious appetizer as a crowd-pleasing snack or party food!
