Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
2 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Add the cream, butter, cream cheese, and garlic to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until the cream cheese has fully melted and the sauce is hot.
Turn off the heat and whisk in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Continue whisking until the cheese has fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
