Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Ingredients:

3/4 cup softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
2 cups miniature chocolate chips, divided
1 package fudge brownie mix, baked and cooled
1 package Candiquik or chocolate almond bark
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Fold in 1 cup of miniature chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill the dough balls in the freezer for about an hour until firm.
Once the dough balls are firm, remove them from the freezer. Take each ball and wrap it with a square of baked and cooled fudge brownie, pressing gently to adhere.
Return the brownie-wrapped dough balls to the freezer and let them chill for another 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the Candiquik or chocolate almond bark according to the package instructions until smooth and creamy.
Remove the brownie-wrapped dough balls from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Place the coated brownie bombs on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprinkle the remaining miniature chocolate chips over the top.
Transfer the baking sheet to the fridge and let the brownie bombs set until the chocolate coating is firm.
Once set, remove the brownie bombs from the fridge and serve. Enjoy the irresistible combination of chocolate chip cookie dough and fudge brownie in these delightful treats!
