Ingredients:
16 chicken wings (flats and drums)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
½ tablespoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
Pat each wing dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, season the wings with garlic powder, onion powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Toss to evenly coat.
In a separate shallow bowl, combine the flour, ½ teaspoon salt, and black pepper.
Lightly coat each wing with the flour mixture, then place in your air fryer basket on the broil rack. Space wings evenly and cook in batches if needed.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, then flip and continue to air fry for another 8 minutes or until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a bowl, then stir in the lemon pepper and dried parsley.
Remove the wings from the air fryer and toss them in the butter mixture to coat.
