Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh watermelon cubes, seeds removed
1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup silver tequila
1/2 cup orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust according to sweetness of the watermelon)
Ice cubes
Salt or sugar for rimming the glasses
Lime slices and watermelon wedges, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Strain the watermelon and lime mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp and seeds. Press with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
To the pitcher with the watermelon-lime juice, add the tequila, orange liqueur, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine.
Place the salt or sugar on a small plate. Rub the rim of each glass with a lime slice, then dip the rims into the salt or sugar to coat.
Fill the glasses with ice cubes. Pour the watermelon margarita mixture over the ice, filling each glass.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a wedge of watermelon. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of summer.
