Cloud cake

INGREDIENTS

 

➡5 eggs

 

➡16g baking powder

 

➡200g powdered sugar (1 1/2 cup)

 

➡200g butter (3/4150 cups)

 

➡50g potato starch

 

➡300g flour (2 cups)

 

➡a pinch of salt

 

➡150g yogurt (1 cup)

 

➡vanilla

 

 

 

METHOD

 

1. Put the ingredients into a mixer.

 

2. Blend for 3 minutes.

 

3. Pour the batter into a cake pan (22cm)

 

4. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes (360°F)
