Ingredients:
°Cabbage, I used half a chopped head.
°Two carrots cut into rings
°One chopped onion.
°4 cups of fat-free soup.
°3 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
°Sea salt, I used a pinch.
°Ground black pepper.
°pinch turmeric
°Pinch chili powder.
*Methods
Step 1:
In a large saucepan, I put the chopped onion over low heat until it heats up, and continue to stir, until it turns brown.
Step 2:
Then I added the shredded cabbage and sliced carrots and whisked until soft.
Step 3:
For the seasoning, I used a pinch of sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, a dash of chili powder, and another pinch of turmeric.
The fourth step:
Then, stir well until all ingredients are mixed.
Fifth step:
Finally, I added the skim soup, mixed it again, covered the pot with a lid, and let it simmer until soft.
Sixth step:
To serve, I poured the soup into the plates, and on top I added a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
