Wendy Chili !!!

You will need:

 

°2 pounds of fresh ground beef.

°1 liter of tomato juice.

°1 can tomato puree (29 ounces)

°1 can (15 ounces) can beans, drained.

°1 (15 ounce) can of filtered pinto beans.

°1 medium sized onion chopped.

°Half a cup of chopped celery.

°A cup of green pepper cut into cubes.

°Half a cup of chili powder.

°1 teaspoon ground cumin.

°1 teaspoon garlic powder.

°1 teaspoon salt.

°Half teaspoon ground black pepper.

°½ teaspoon dried oregano.

°Half a teaspoon of sugar.

°Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

 

*How:

 

Fry the minced meat in a large skillet, then drain it from the fat.

In a 6-liter saucepan, put the beef and all other ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 1 to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Or you can cook for 3 to 4 hours in a slow cooker over low heat.
