Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup🌷

INGREDIENTS :

 

°1 white cabbage

°1 celery stalk

°3 carrots

°2 onions

°10g ginger

°1 vegetable stock cube

°2 liters of water

 

*PREPARATION :

Wash the cabbage then blanch it in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Take it out and immerse it in cold water to keep its color. Then let it cool. Meanwhile, wash the celery and cut it into small pieces. Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Peel the onions and chop them. Peel the ginger and grate it finely with a Microplane or a mandolin.

Fill a pot with water and add the vegetable broth. Melt the bouillon cube over low heat. When it is melted, add all the ingredients to make the cabbage soup and mix gently. Then simmer for 1 hour, covered, so as not to lose the aromas.

At the end of cooking, pour the cabbage soup using a ladle into a bowl of soup and serve immediately.
