Italian Chicken Pasta!!

Ingredients for 4 persons

 

°4 chicken breasts

°2 minced garlic cloves

°2 small cans of mushrooms or one large

°4 small leeks, minced

°Olive oil

°Salt pepper

°Espelette pepper

°1 small box of liquid cream

°1 tablespoon of flour

°2 tablespoons of water

°1 packet of spaghetti

°Grated parmesan

°A little chopped parsley

Cutting chicken breasts to thin strips. Heat the oil in a sauté pan, add the chicken strips and brown for a few minutes. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley and leeks. Cook over medium heat. Add salt, pepper and Espelette pepper. When everything is well cooked. Add fresh cream. Bring to a boil. Mix the flour with the water. Add this mixture to the skillet and stir until thickened. Let it be for now. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water. Drain. Add the spaghetti to the sauce and stir over low heat. Arrange in the serving dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and a pinch of Espelette pepper for color.
